We step into the Team Legacy Dojo at the beginning of 2023, we were looking for a martial art activity for our son Leonardo. We were greeted by the head Coach Scott, he was mopping the mat, and he stopped to explain the classes, the training and the philosophy of the Dojo. We had a terrific first impression, he appeared humble and very focused on the experience for the kids, the teachings of life skills and self defense. We gave the dojo a try and fast forward at the end of the year, our family is all enrolled as students, myself Alberto (43), my wife Camilla (37), Leonardo (6) and Stella (4). Everyone found the Dojo and most importantly the community simply like a second home. Besides Coach Scott who has infinite patience and a contagious smile, the personnel is very friendly and professional, everyone get on the mat to give their best to improve and help you improve. This place is Heaven for martial arts, literally helping people of all ages and skill level getting comfortable on the mat and learning MMA techniques, from practical self defense to advanced Brazilian Ju Jistu techniques. I can't recommend this place enough to everyone looking for a great mix of fitness, self defense and personal improvement. Just step in, ask for Coach Scott or Coach Chad and I promise you will not regret it.

I just don't know where to start to recommend this place. We simply LOVE Team Legacy. It has become like a second family to us. The dedication, the passion, the patience, the skills are over the top! Coach Scott is simply the sweetest and compassionate man I've ever known. Coach Chad is just hysterical, he knows how to make you laugh especially when you had a bad day. The passion they put into teaching the kids is just astonishing. Every day they show all of us how much they care and how much they want the kids to get better. I definitely recommend this dojo if you're looking for Martial Arts. I promise you won't regret it!!
